Based on Seago's hugely popular Seaguard 165N Life Jacket, this 300N variation has a larger bladder, thus provides greater buoyancy, keeping your airways higher above the waterline than the 165N life jacket will. As with the 165N Seaguard Life Jacket, the 300N automatic life jacket has a round neck design and an abrasion resistant cover. There's also a single crotch strap as well as a newly designed buckle and lightweight d-ring which provides you with an attachment point for a life jacket safety line - this is especially useful if you are sailing offshore or in foul weather as you'll have a secure tether to your boat.
